Sanjay Modi

He was born in 1969 and is the founder of Sanjay Modi & Co. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate of the Institute of Cost & Work Accountants of Indian and a licentiate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Sanjay offers general commercial advice to the firm’s clients, and oversees the management and strategy of the firm. His professional work involves managing the firm’s corporate tax department and advising clients on all aspects of taxation. Specifically he represents before the Income Tax Department on behalf of clients, finding solutions to problems, and directly increasing the profitability of a transaction or the business itself. He has been involved in making successful representation before various Income Tax Authorities, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Income Tax Settlement Commission.

Sunil Modi

B. Com (Hons.), FCA, Grad CWA, Licentiate C.S.

Born in 1971, He qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1993 and is senior partner in the firm. He had an outstanding academic career and was awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with the Certificate of Merit, Jayantilal K. Thakkar Memorial Prize for the 2nd Best Candidate, P. N. Ghosh Memorial Prize for the best candidate in Group II, Sailesh Kapadia award for the best student amount the 2nd best Student for the year 1993, Balachander Memorial Prize for the best candidate of year 1993 in group II. He was also awarded the merit certificates and proficiency certificates by the I.C.W.A.I. and I.C.S.I. Presently, He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He looks after the needs of the client in the field of Management Consultancy, Corporate Finance and Financial Management, Company law and Indirect Taxation.

Amit Kumar Agarwal

He was born in 1988 and qualified from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013 and is partner in the firm. He joined the firm in 2014. He managed the direct taxes of a vastly wide range of businesses. All matters of direct Taxation are being looked after by him.

Prodyat Chaudhuri

B. Com (Hons.), FCA

He was born in 1976 and qualified from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2006 and is partner in the firm. He joined the firm as Audit Manager and was elevated to the position of Partner. His training includes a range of experience varying from small business audits to limited companies with listings on major Stock Exchanges of the Country. He has managed the audit process of a vastly wide range of businesses with the responsibility to produce a quality product within agreed time scales and costing.
